Comb Honey

Comb honey will be available for sale at the Palmer State Fair.

I usually set aside three bee hives to collect comb honey from and this year the color ranges from very light to very dark, even on the same frame of honey comb.

The darker the color the more mineral, and the fuller the flavor.

Comb honey sells out fast so best be at the fair the first day or so if you would like to get some all natural, zero chemicals, pure comb honey like was available in the old days.
