Dr. Carson's Daily Smoothie Recipe
2 carrots
One piece of fruit – whatever is in season – amount about the size of an apple or 1 cup
Handful of favorite greens
1 tbsp. raw honey
1 tbsp. natural bee pollen
3 tbsp. propolis tea
1/4 tsp. Dr. Carson’s Probiotics
1 cup darkest 100% fruit juice you can find – grape, pomegranate, etc.
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
6 ice cubes
Place in blender and blend until you get the smoothie consistency you prefer. If a bit too thick then add more ice cubes. This is enough for two full servings. Drink in morning almost as soon as your feet hit the floor getting out of bed. This stops the night time fast your body has been experiencing, provides incredible energy, great intestinal cleansing and just plain good stuff for your body. You may experience some weight loss and body toning when combined with a sane exercise regimen.
